3/4 Client Support, Training and Implementation

• Listen to and document client issue
• Patiently educate client on proper use of the product
• If product enhancement is necessary, specify enhancement for developers and work with them to complete and test the enhancement
• Load, run and validate client data prior to implementation
• Assist in on-site training and implementation for new clients

1/4 Ad hoc Testing and Research

• Review, test new software functionality
• Perform market related research on fixed income modeling topics
• Research and document special client projects

• Fixed-income knowledge (duration, convexity, option-adjusted valuation, etc.)
• Moderate finance and accounting knowledge as used in banking
• Attention to detail is a must
• Moderate to advanced Excel skills
• Some database experience desired
• Desire to dig in, figure out and make recommendations
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment
• Good oral and written communication skills

• Experience running an ALM model
• Experience implementing an ALM model
• Prepared ALCO and risk management reports
• CFA and\or CPA
• Advanced degree in business
